Returns & Refunds

My Pet Products backs every product we recommend with a 30-day return window. If you're not satisfied with a purchase made through our site, you can return it for a full refund within 30 days of delivery.

Return window

30 days from delivery for unopened, unused products in original packaging. Many products are also returnable when opened for defects, quality issues, or significant misrepresentation.

How to start a return

  1. Locate your order confirmation email from your purchase.
  2. Visit your account or order-history page at the point of purchase.
  3. Initiate a return through the standard return process.
  4. Follow the provided instructions for packaging and shipping.

Defective or damaged items

For products that arrive defective, damaged, or significantly different from how they were described, you're entitled to a full refund or replacement at no cost to you. Contact customer service within 7 days of receiving the item and we'll arrange a prepaid return shipping label or replacement shipment.

Return shipping costs

Free returns for defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped products. For change-of-mind returns, return shipping costs may apply depending on the product and policy of the fulfillment partner.

Refund processing

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are typically processed within 3-10 business days. The refund will appear on your original payment method.

Exchanges

Exchanges are accepted for the same product in a different size, color, or variant, subject to availability. Initiate an exchange the same way you'd initiate a return — contact hello@my-pet-products.com and indicate the variant you want.

Non-returnable items

  • Perishable food items that have been opened
  • Personal-use items (treats, chews) that have been opened
  • Custom or personalized items
  • Subscription products beyond their cancellation window

Subscription products

Subscription products can be paused, modified, or cancelled at any time before your next billing date. Refunds on already-shipped subscription items follow the same 30-day return window as one-time purchases.
